Cancellation Policy

We are often booked out several months in advance. We have committed to turning other guests away from the time you have reserved. Although we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur which could cause you to have to cancel your appointment last minute, we request a 24 hour notice for all cancellations and reserve the right to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original service price if this is not provided. La Bella Delle Rose Salon also reserves the right to request a credit card to hold a future reservation or deny reservations to repeat offenders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding

Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards never expire. Present your card at salon for service. Gift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. La Bella Delle Rose Salon is not responsible for lost gift cards. If lost, there is a $10 replacement fee. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.Original gift card must be physically present to be redeemed.

Children

LBDR aims to provide a sanctuary for our guests, a place to relax for a moment and relieve the stress of our modern lives. For this reason, children are welcome only when receiving services.  Thank you for understanding.

Retail Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases, we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases. Pursuant to health regulations, we are not able to offer refunds for the following items: hair brushes, flat irons, blow dryers & makeup.

Service Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, call us and we will be glad to redo your service.  We will do our best to make you happy but we do not issue refunds on services rendered.

Lost or Forgotten items

We regretfully can not be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings.

Late Policy

Arriving late will limit the time of your service, which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the service. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for the full service fee.
